“First, the customer service has been fantastic. There was a slight issue with my first pair and the team was wonderful to deal with and quickly resolved the issue. The shoes are comfy, completely waterproof and they go with almost everything I wear.”
“Vessi has definitely made more changes on the comfort of their shoes, I tried on different types of shoes in the store, and first thing I noticed was the footbed it is a lot better compared to my first pair 4 years ago. Other things have changed along with design, and the waterproofing seems much improved. The only thing I don't prefer about this shoe is that you really need to allow it to wear out a bit to as it is quite stiff at first, after that it gets much better.”
“Beautiful sneakers. I order my regular size 7. My only complaint is that this style is very narrow. It almost feel tight on front, on the toes. The first time I used them my toes felt numb. I wont be able to use a regular sock, only a very fine one. I don’t return them because I need them for a trip right away.”
