“These are my 8 th pair of Vessi’s and I was sooo excited to get them in the hopes that I’d wear them all around Portugal and Spain next Spring … unfortunately they are terribly uncomfortable??? My feet start aching after a couple of hours of wearing them? I’ve loosened all the laces…worn a thicker sock… worn a thinner sock…I’m not sure what it is?
They are adorable and I absolutely love all my other Vessi’s! I am a teacher and only wear Vessi’s to school because of their comfort and versatility when outside with the kids. For some reason these ones just are not working for me :((”

We’re sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of comfort you're looking for, we can imagine how disappointing that must be.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
That said, we’ll certainly share your thoughts with the rest of the team as we feel it is important to take into consideration all of the feedback we receive from our customers.
