“They are so hard to clean! The front fabric gets so dirty so fast and even after cleaning them, the dirt won’t go away, they stay stained. So what is really the point of ordering white shoes if they are gonna look all weary and stained! Not loving that…”

We're so sorry to hear you are having a tough time getting your shoes clean, but we'd be happy to share some cleaning tips! We find that the key is to clean our shoes sooner rather than later. The quicker you can rinse off dirt, the easier it will be to keep them nice and clean. We recommend using a sponge or light coloured cloth made with natural fibers, baking soda, and vinegar for the best results.

“Shoes are comfortable, however the material the toe is made of gets dirty very easily compared to any other shoe I've owned. Somewhat easy to clean, but must be cleaned often in order to not become permanently marked.”

While Vessis are 100% waterproof they are not stain proof so our lighter colours do require more regular care to keep clean.
We do have another great tip for tougher stains. You can actually mix up some baking soda and water to create a paste then slowly rubbing this paste onto the shoe can remove tough stains without causing damage to the waterproof membrane.
