We're so sorry to hear you are having a tough time keeping clean, but we'd be happy to share some cleaning tips! We find that the key is to clean our shoes sooner rather than later. The quicker you can rinse off dirt, the easier it will be to keep them nice and clean. We recommend using a sponge or light coloured cloth made with natural fibers, baking soda, and vinegar for the best results.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
That said, I'll be sure to pass your feedback along to our Product team, as we are always looking to improve. We'll use your insight towards our research and development for our future design improvements.

“Sneakers are quite comfortable and look really nice. The only thing I am a bit disappointed that there are no intermediate sizes, as the difference between sizes (8 and 7 in my case) is pretty big. I felt like 7.5 would have been a perfect fit for me, because size 7 was just a bit short for me.”
