We’re so sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of support you're looking for, and that you are having a tough time keeping them clean, we can imagine how disappointing that must be.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
We'd be happy to share some cleaning tips too! We find that the key is to clean our shoes sooner rather than later. The quicker you can rinse off dirt, the easier it will be to keep them nice and clean. We recommend using a sponge or light coloured cloth made with natural fibers, baking soda, and vinegar for the best results.
