“These are my third pair of Vessis and I’ve always found their arch support to be lacking. The shoe looked stylish for the 20min they stayed white, but because they’re waterproof, no amount of cleaning can get dirt/marks off them, now. It was the same with my first pair of white Vessis, which are now worn as grey shoes. They are definitely waterproof and if you go places that aren’t extremely populated, nor do you have kids or pets that’ll step on your feet, these shoes are top notch. I found this pair to be tighter around the toe area than the Weekends, which is fine if you don’t have wide feet. I’ll be venturing into other brands for casual shoes going forward, I think.”

We’re so sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of support you're looking for, we can imagine how disappointing that must be. As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
We find that the key is to clean our shoes sooner rather than later. The quicker you can rinse off dirt, the easier it will be to keep them nice and clean. We recommend using a sponge or light coloured cloth made with natural fibers, baking soda, and vinegar for the best results.
