We’re sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of comfort you're looking for, we can imagine how disappointing that must be.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
We’ll certainly share your thoughts with the rest of the team as we feel it is important to take into consideration all of the feedback we receive from our customers.

We’re so sorry to hear you're not finding your Vessis as comfortable as you’d hoped. We don’t offer wide sizes at this time but we hope to include them in the future.
Some customers have had success placing a pair of balled-up socks inside the shoes to help speed up the stretching process. We hope it works for you!

“I really like how the shoe fits when the heel is collapsed. It makes a super cozy and supportive slipper. I wear them at the office and people think they're just nice shoes. My only complaint would be they aren't as stretchy as normal Vessis so when the heel is up, they're a little tight around my foot. I think that will loosen over time though.”
