But when these came out with the folding back and looked like it had a larger opening, I gave it a try, and found them very comfortable and dry. So I recently bought a second one of the Sunday slippers.”
“Shoe fits well. Easy to put on and take off. I have not been able to get the shoes wet yet to see if they will repel water. Shoe supports my feet well. My only complaint is that my feet are warm when wearing socks with the shoes which makes sense since they are water resistant.”

“Frankly, I hesitated from getting any Vessi's for a long time (despite being bombarded by YouTube ads for them) because I thought the waterproofing was merely from a sprayed-on hydrophobic layer (which wears out over time and needs to be reapplied). It doesn't seem like the waterproofing comes from any sprayed-on layer but rather the nature of the cloth weave itself. Anyway, they've kept my feet dry and are really comfy. Quite happy with them.”
