“With the end of summer upon us, i had begun looking for a comfortable pair house shoes that would take me through the fall - and in particular - that would keep my feet dry during trips to the curb on garbage bay or across the parking lot of the local supermarket. I was also looking for some impact protection! I suffered a stroke back in 2022 that left me with very little feeling in my left foot. I needed a comfortable pair of slip ons - with non-markings soles - that would keep me from stubbing a toe on the numb foot. The numbness also meant i couldn't wear mule - style slip ons, as i found them impossible to keep on that foot.”
“Bought these slippers for my husband as his home office runs a little cold at times, and he loves them. Says they are super comfortable, and functional for going from indoors to outdoors for quick outside errands or chores.”
Hi Jonathan,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. I'm glad your Vessis are keeping you dry and comfortable!
We’re sorry to hear your Vessis are too narrow. The material works similar to how socks fit, in the sense that it adapts to your foot shape. The more you wear them, the more it gives and stretches to mold to you. Therefore, it’s actually quite normal for your Vessis to be a little snug to start. Some customers use a shoehorn in the meantime, which should help. You can also speed up the stretching process by leaving a few pairs of thick socks balled up inside the shoes overnight. That said, I'll be sure to pass your feedback along to our Product team, as we are always looking to improve.
Thank you again for sharing your thoughts on your Vessis with us.
