We’re sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of comfort you're looking for, we can imagine how disappointing that must be.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.

“This is a replacement pair as I wore out a pair. They are comfortable and warm and easy to put on and tidy and lasted well. The only thing is they were far from waterproof which I had hoped for. This time I ordered knowing they are likely not waterproof and ordered another different pair hoping they will be as I do a lot of walking. This second pair in different style was larger so I gave that pair away and ordered a smaller size which hasn't come yet. More consistency in sizing would be appreciated.”
