Met eyes with the Vessi Waterproof Knit Boots back in February and instantly fell in love. Unpacked these at home and its been my traveling companion of choice on rainy days.
I work in a big advertising / media hub in the west village in nyc and get compliments for them; proud to wear & share. My brother most recently gave me compliments (someone who previously worked for a sneaker company; team of 12 managing a 1M following Twitter + 10M IG account reporting on just that sneakers!!!).
The biggest surprise to me was when I ran into a craftsmanship issue the service I received from both Claire and Martina + the rest of the Service Team working behind the scenes was stellar in resolving and getting me “back on my feet”.
It’s great to know that with all the work on the front-end (from a company that markets themselves to be eco-friendly with a low carbon footprint, creature free and 100% vegan) the tangible human element hasn’t been left out of all you do behind the scenes and that truly is how you get “mutual” service with a smile.
