“To begin with this was a gift for my brother. I was worried that he wouldn’t like the style since he was aiming for a more casual. Now this is his favorite pair of shoes. He wears them all the time.
The size is a perfect fit. He likes how comfortable the shoes feel. But most of all how surprisingly his feet manage to stay warm after a walk in the snow.
I definitely recommend this. I’m even thinking of getting a pair for myself.”

My main goal was lightweight waterproof shoes, this fills that goal. But I've been having calf pains after a week of wearing these. I don't know if it's because the shoe is bit slippery inside, and my calves are getting extra exercise. The shoe is bit wider than normal, and even though I got half size small, I feel my heel slipping.
I'll probably replace the soles with custom ones, hopefully that would relieve my calf pains.”

“These may very well be the best shoes I've ever owned. For as long as I can remember, I have struggled to find the shoes that fit my criteria: lite, single color, slip on & off, and of course, waterproof. The closest I ever got was a decent pair of Timberlands (another shoe brand I like) that were reasonably light and waterproof to a degree but were still bulky and required too much lacing. I don't mind tying my shoes; it's just too cumbersome when more people implement a "no shoe" policy in their homes. With which I agree.
After dealing with a different "waterproof" shoe (which turned out to be a complete lie), I decided to take a chance on Vessi, and I'm delighted I did! These things are super comfy, lite, look & feel great for walking and standing, and are indeed as waterproof as they claim. I placed both shoes under a running faucet with a paper towel in the toes for a good five seconds. Both wads of the paper towel emerged completely dry as the water beads just rolled off the shoe.
These guys are serious and know what they're doing. If you need a good pair of genuinely waterproof shoes, this is the right place to be.”
