“Shipping was good, but the shoes don't offer much support. Even after just wearing them in the house for a bit I could tell they would not be good for walking around the city. The slip on design is nice, but also sacrifices the fit a little, which I think would make them even more uncomfortable over time.”

We’re so sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of support you're looking for, we can imagine how disappointing that must be.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
That said, we’ll certainly share your thoughts with the rest of the team as we feel it is important to take into consideration all of the feedback we receive from our customers.
