I love that these are comfortable in my office and on the street as well as waterproof. I usually have to change shoes when working outside.

My boyfriend has been really trying to give these a shot. The backs of the shoes where the heals sit and so stuff that on one of his feet he’s gotten a two blisters now. I bought them as a gift but it’s not really working out. Thinking maybe going oversized would help? Not sure.. Did the size chart and everything…

Hi Bernadette, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. I'm sorry to hear he has been experiencing discomfort at the back of the ankles from the shoes. Our ankle opening is a little firm to start, therefore he could experience some discomfort before it stretches out to perfectly accommodate his feet. I would definitely recommend giving his feet time to heal before giving his shoes a try again. Here are a few tips that can help once he starts wearing his shoes again. Wearing thicker socks that provide extra cushioning on that area will give the shoes time to adjust to the foot. Adding something to cover up that area will allow the shoes to adjust to the foot so they can fit you perfectly. Finally, another thing he can try doing is to insert a pair of heel liners into your Vessis for more cushioning. Heel stickers from Dr. Scholls can work really well too. That said, I'll be sure to pass your feedback along to our Product team, as we are always looking to improve. We'll use your insight towards our research and development for our future design improvements.

The Weekend Chelsea is comfortable, light and so far has done an excellent job keeping my feet dry, even around some light snow!

I really like them but I just wish they were slip resistant. I thought they were so my bad lol. But yeah I work in the food industry and we work on tiles which get wet constantly.

I would love to give these a 5 as they're comfortable, stylish, and functional, but two issues make them a borderline 3 – the grip in the rain, and the lack of half-sizing. The biggest problem is the grip. On most surfaces they're fine, but I've noticed that on metal surfaces (maybe others too but definitely metal) there is almost *no* traction. The first day that I wore these in the rain, I slipped on a tactile paving at a crosswalk and almost fell into the street. I've learned since then to avoid those and similar surfaces like metal grates and covers, but if I'm not being vigilant then I still slip on wet surfaces sometimes. That is *almost* a dealbreaker, but these do redeem themselves by being comfortable and looking good. The material feels soft and stretchy but supportive. I'd prefer they didn't have the grooved lines running along the top (it makes them look a tiny bit too casual to me), but otherwise I love the style. One small issue drawing away from the comfort is the lack of half sizing. The 10 felt a little too big, and the 9 feels a bit too tight. I wound up sticking with the 9 and it works, but I find my toes a bit sore at the end of a full day. It's hard to say if I would recommend these because of the grip issue, but I like them enough that I'm going to continue wearing them most days - especially considering there's really just not much else like them.
