“Customer servicer is excellent - really people helping in a timely manner. The shoes also arrived in a timely manner. The comments/suggestions about the shoes were spot on. It was suggested to round up in size to accommodate a heavy sock and in case you want to swap out, or add, a shoe liner. My "oversized" shoe fits me well w/ my custom insert & heavy socks. They slip on and off easily, made even easier with the little finger hooks to grab onto. I wouldn't say the Chelsea shoes are the most classy or comfortable shoes for everyday use (mostly due to being a little too large, intentionally), but for a waterproof boating shoe, they're perfect.”
