“It's been over a year and I have to say, these fit much better than the Everyday runners I ordered from Vessi previously (which I returned after trying them on once because they were so wide and uncomfortable). I really like these sneakers, they're much more comfortable, have a good profile and good look.
However, the marble white color gets SO DIRTY, SO FAST. It's actually incredible how easily these shoes collect and hold on to dirt compared to any other white shoe, leather or fabric, that I've owned. No amount of hand or machine washing (according to their instructions), no matter how meticulous, can clean these shoes to anything other then a drab grey color. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of any of the other colors, so I won't be buying another pair of Vessis until they fix the cleaning issue with the marble whites, but if you like the other colors than I'd happily recommend getting a pair of those.”

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us.
Unfortunately, our knit is not stainproof, so our lighter colours do require more regular care to keep clean. We know you've already tried some cleaning tips but for tougher stains we'd recommend mixing some baking soda and water to create a paste then slowly rubbing this paste onto the shoe can remove tough stains without causing damage to the waterproof membrane. Also you can try applying white toothpaste (it works!) on the knit. We've had customers reporting this as another method for achieving clean results for their pair again.
That said, I will be sure to share your feedback with our Product Team as we're always looking for ways to improve.
