“I had to return my first pair because they were slightly too big. They made the process super simple and easy. Tracking was available the whole time.
I would say Vessi made the process so easy that it is a worry free purchase, if you don’t like something it is easily exchangeable
Once I got my new pair I LOVE them. Very comfy. Keep my feet dry and they look good.”

“I had a lot of trouble finding the right fit. I originally ordered the Everyday model, but I have high arches and they were WAY too tight, like my foot was numb within minutes. So I looked at some of the reviews and found some other people had that issue too and tried the Weekends instead. So I gave that a shot, but I ordered the same size. I'm an 8.5 so I had ordered a 9 in the Everydays which were fine, so I ordered a 9 in the Weekends too. Well those were WAY too big! The Weekends do not fit the same as the other styles! I went to the website to see what was happening, and it says very clearly there that the Weekends require you to size down instead, not sure why it doesn't tell you that on the part of the site where you submit your exchange request. So I wrote to customer service for help exchanging a second time and they were really helpful and let me get it done. I now have the size 8s and they fit perfectly. No tightness through the arch and they are now the right length. Love that they are waterproof for my wintery, snowy, rainy, slushy walks these days. Note: these are great walking shoes, but they don't grip my heel well enough for me to trust them with any sports type activities. That's what I got them for, but in case you are wondering.”

“I work in community on Vancouver Island and always end up getting wet feet! These shoes have been keeping my feet dry. I'm usually a size 8.5, I went for an 8 and they fit perfect! I would usually have to size up because of my wide feet but the size down fits like a glove! Now just to test how long they last!”
“I had purchased a pair of Vessis earlier this year and ended up returning because the sole was too stiff and they were way too big.
I tried again with the weekend shoe. This time I sized down from 8.5 to 8, which is perfect. And the soles are much much more comfy. I wore them on a very wet walk and completely dry feet.
My only complaint is that the material at the ankle is a bit hard and hits the back of your heel in a way that really digs in. I already have blisters and it will take some time and many short sessions to toughen my feet up to wear these. I was hoping they would be perfect from the get go, more similar to the Nike flyknit rise around the ankle. Perhaps worth considering for a future design...”

Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We're sorry to hear that your shoes are causing you discomfort in the heel. For some people, it make take a few wears to fully break in your shoes. In the meantime, we recommend wearing higher socks as you break them in. Hope they work out for you in the end!
