“I’ve had my vessis for 4 months now and have begun to use them daily since they are easily the most comfortable shoes I own. After month 3, however, the leather-like lining which holds the laces (weekend sneakers) began to rip off a little bit. I emailed vessi, filled out a warranty form and had a new pair within a week(I didn’t even have to send the old pair back). The customer service was phenomenal and I’ll definitely be wearing vessis far into the future.”
