“Since before purchasing my first Vessi product (CityScape), I was highly skeptical about what I saw on Youtube and the like. Now on my second purchase (these Weekends), and I love my Vessis! (so much so, that even my wife now owns two pairs). The Weekend looks simple, yet elegant. I went for the "black on black" look, and they don't disappoint. Went through mud? Hose the outside of the shoe and they are good to go! (careful not to let water into the inside of the shoe though) Need to walk/run in the rain to get to your car? These babies handle water easily (as their page suggests). Heck, I even told my sister-in-law to pour a full glass of water on them to show her how good they are; she couldn't believe how dry my foot was when I pulled it out of the shoe! They do fit rather snuggly, and don't offer half sizes, but so far I am in love with my Vessis (these and the CityScape ones)!”
“Make sure to get the shoes in a darker color. Great shoes but the lighter colors stain very easily and it’s difficult to near impossible to get them clean again.”
“I have to wear all black shoes for work and I'm on my feet A LOT. I burn through shoes at least one per year/year and a half. I've had these for a month, and they already feel like they're going to hold up much better. They're just as comfy if not comfier than my previous shoes, and they keep my feet warmer during the cold. Vessi's claim that the shoes are water resistant are 100% true! They already stood up to a few rainstorms and light snowfalls. One of the reasons for 4 and not 5 stars is that there are no wide options for sizing. So thankfully I sized up, but they were still pretty tight at first. The other issue is because they're tight, they're difficult to get on.”
