“Overall a really like these shoes. Water resistance is a big plus. But at least for my feet there are a couple issues to note.
I'm a 12.5 usually. Ordered the 13 and they were too big -- heel slipped out with every step. Exchanged for the 12s and they are a little tight in the toes but overall pretty comfortable. The 13s would have been doable if the heel cupped a bit better. Even in my slightly tight 12s by heel slides a little when I walk.”
“These shoes seem quite nice but we really haven’t put them to a real test. We also found the shoes run small. We had to send our back and get one size larger”
“The first couple of days were a little rough, as the rounded front of these shoes on the largest size they had (13) did push on the toes a bit. I would say they are maybe a little bit smaller than most other shoes I have had of the same size, so just take that into account. But after a day or 2 of breaking in the shoe as it was, I have really loved them. Due to them being waterproof, they are a bit warm to wear for longer periods, but not uncomfortable.”
“They're certainly water resistant, with a sturdy sole, and solid construction. I've had a lot of shoes wear out by having the sole separate, and that hasn't been a problem so far at all with my Vessis.”
“Only after walking 10+ miles in them did I notice the instructions on the box of Vessis - they say that your fit should be extra snug at first, and that the shoe breaks in to match the shape of your foot over time. I ordered size 13 (even though i might be closer to a 12.5) since I use that for all other sneakers. They do fit, but they are a little bit big (heel doesn't want to stay in the shoe unless I tie the laces really tight). Overall they are great, but just make sure to confirm the proper size before wearing them out! Other than that, the cushion is really good, and I confirmed they are waterproof by directly stepping in a puddle and watching the water bead off beautifully.”
“These are pretty decent work shoe for the kitchen they are comfy, breath amazingly, and easy to clean off which is great because they are covered in sugar/flower at the end of the day. They could stand to be a little more non slip or oil resistant on the bottom the grip design is goood but if it were deeper and the material a bit more gripping that be great other than that my favorite type of shoes for work.”
