“This is a replacement pair. The 1st pair just didn’t fit right and weren’t comfortable. I had worn them to see if I could break them in. Bessie customer service was outstanding in helping me out and sending a new pair (turns out the original did have a defect). The new pair are comfortable from the get go. Fit is much better. They’re stylish, too. Haven’t had a chance to wear them in the rain but I look forward to it.”

We're sorry to hear your Vessis aren't fitting as comfortable as you'd hoped. We designed Vessi as a casual/lifestyle shoe, which means there's not a lot of arch support included. That said, the insoles are removable so you're always able to swap those for something you find more comfortable.
