“I really like the way these shoes look and fit. I wear a size 10-11 in most brands and the women's size 10 fit me perfectly. They are not heavy and although they are a flat sole, I feel like they have enough arch support. They are also truly waterproof! I've worn them in some pretty wet weather and my feet stayed dry and warm. However - when I wore them on days when the temperature was close to/around freezing, I did find the shoes pretty slippery. I slipped on ice and frost a couple times, luckily I didn't fall or get too hurt. So, as long as there's no chance of frosty or icy sidewalks, these are perfect shoes for our wet Vancouver weather.”
“The shoes are great but unfortunately, I seem to be in between sizes. I initially ordered a size 10 but my heels were sliding out when I walked so I did an exchange (which was seamless) for a size 9. The size 9s felt snug, but I kept them and wore them outside assured by the note that came in the box that these shoes would stretch. Well, I tried walking around in them quite a bit to break them in but all I did was injure my toes and did not feel any stretching of the shoes. So while I think the shoes are great (they look great, the soles feel good, slipping them on is nice and easy), I can only wear them for short errands in the neighborhood so that my toes don't get crushed. I can't return or exchange them anymore as I have worn them outside. If I could turn back time, I would have just stuck with my original size 10s.”
“I have been eyeing these shoes on Facebook for a long time. I was hesitant to order them for my son as he really loves Vans skateboarding shoes. Well, I took a chance anyway and WOW! He loves these shoes! He says they are comfortable, waterproof, warm, and any thickness of socks fits in them as they are slightly stretchy. He says he is done with the skateboarding shoes. I am so glad that I took a chance on these Vessi shoes!”
“This is my first VESSI sneaker. I watched the reviews on YouTube and purchased it.
First of all, I was surprised at the good breathability despite being waterproof. Most waterproof shoes are poorly breathable and damp and I didn't like them.
My feet are 26.5-27.0cm and I always wear men's sneakers. I read various reviews and bought size 9 just in case. But I wish VESSI had size 8.5... It is a little big. I don't like tight sneakers so it will be fine but I worried a bit. However, I have wide legs, so the width was perfect.
I love the blue one-point color very much. Also, package and leaflet are good design too.

“This is the first pair of shoes I've bought in 8 years that was not a "barefoot" specific shoe, and I'm pretty happy with it so far. The materials are super soft and comfortable to wear without socks. However, I wish the toe box was wider so my toes could spread out more, and also I have noticed some odor issues after wearing the shoes without socks. Neither are deal-breakers, but I wanted to set expectations.”
