“Normally wear a 9.5, 10 fit well enough with the vessi, the 9s did not and I was able to exchange them easily. Water proof yes, breathable, well, I assume if it was too breathable it wouldn't be waterproof. I wear them all the time and wouldn't wear them ever if I had even a small issue.”
