“To be honest I was little bit hesitate to buy Vessi shoes even though I always was curious about " 100% waterproof shoes ". The reason was 1. you can't physically try on the shoes at stores and 2. I was not a big fan of their styles ..
But when the Weekend sneakers came out, I quite like the style ( the look was very cute !) , I was thrilled to try it finally ( and 90 days free exchange/return policy was a plus in case the shoes don't fit my feet)!
When I first tried on, i was shocked that it was very very comfortable!!! I have wide feet so the weekend sneakers works great on my feet. Since then this is my every day shoes - walking my dog, going out casually etc . I am so glad I finally purchased ! I also liked the shoe tongue is not separated from other part of the shoes. I usually get annoyed when I wear shoes and put feet in, the tongue goes under shoe laces and have to pull it back . the weekend sneaker is easy to wear like slippons . which I really like when I am in rush and go out.
Only one thing I wish it was better ( and this is the reason to give 4 stars)- the shoes soles ( rubber material ) , the heel parts started being scrapped after a couple wears already . pealing the rubber off etc.. I find the sole rubber is not as strong as other shoes brand and not good with heated ground . if you have a bad habit of how you walk, then maybe the sole might not last long ( just my opinion )
Over all I am happy the purchase and I probably will again .”
