“I don’t usually leave reviews but felt I had to for these shoes! I bought them in Canada before leaving for England for two months. They are the only shoes I brought and have worn them throughout the UK, Hong Kong, and Tokyo in constant rain and snow! They still look and feel brand new. I tend to walk 10-15k a day and my shoes end up with holes in the bottoms quickly, but these shoes are still holding up! They were the perfect travel purchase, especially for rainy England. Also love that I can slip them on and off easily on planes or to pop out for a minute. Yay!”
“They work well and far, I think they pretty comfortable but they do dig into my ankle a bit. I can't wear them two days in a row without getting a blister. Hopefully once I get used to them, they'll be better”

We’re so sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of support you're looking for, we can imagine how disappointing that must be.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
That said, we’ll certainly share your thoughts with the rest of the team as we feel it is important to take into consideration all of the feedback we receive from our customers.
