Hi Kim,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, If your pair has stretched out too much we do recommend adding another insole to tighten the fit once more. 😊
“These shoes have exceeded my expectations in every way! When I tried them on my feet felt like they were walking on clouds. They were very comfortable and looked good on my foot. I also wasn't too sure how waterproof they could be so as soon as I saw a puddle I decided to try it out. My feet stayed completely dry! Absolutely incredible. I have already recommended these shoes to all my family members and friends. I will continue to recommend them!”
“I am loving my new Vessi's. It is great to be able to walk around town on a rainy west coast day and not worry about wet socks and cold feet. Thank you Vessi. I am normally a size 8 but have found this pair is running on the large size.”
Hey Jax!
We actually recommend sizing down in our Women's Weekends and do note this up on our website. If you'd like, we'd be happy to help you with the exchange process at supprot@vessi.com! We appreciate your positive review nonetheless :)
Hey there Karen!
With Vessis being a casual, lifestyle shoe we do have lower arch support. That being said, we made our insoles to be removable for this very reason! We recommend swapping our insoles out for insoles with more support or custom orthotics depending on your foot shape and walking gait! Hope this helps.
“My Weekend runners are amazing! Lightweight, comfortable and great for our rainy season. As a bus driver in winter, wet shoes can be uncomfortable for hours. I just ordered another pair in Asphalt.”
“Got a size up because my feet are wide. So the shoes are too long but they fit nicely along the wide side. And the back of the shoe slightly rubs against my achilles sometimes. It might be because of the shoe size but also because the material is stiff there (good or bad--I don't know). The shoes could also be lighter, but I get that they need to be more durable for the rain-protection. They look good and the sole cushion is comfortable so far.”
Hi Victoria,
Our styles are unisex, but our men’s sizes are a tad wider in comparison and have a bigger opening than the women's sizes. Some people who wear a wide women's size find that they can fit our men's line comfortably. We'd recommend trying one number down from your normal women's size. For example, a women's 8 would be a men's 7—this way you wouldn’t have to compromise length for width.
