Our shoes are built with 4-way traction rubber tread which make them slip resistant! However, we always ask you to be extra careful on any slippery surfaces anyway! 😊
“The shoe is comfortable but I have a size 9 foot and since the size crosses over as a size 8 for men the shoe is a bit too wide, looks a bit clunky and is a bit sloppy. Was hoping for a little sleeker styling. Looking forward to wearing them in the puddles though!”

“The shoes work!
I had a misfortune of having my children feet literally grown two sizes in between my initial order and receiving the first pair of the weekend.
I was utterly floored by the quick response and accommodation I had received. I ended up have to send the shoes back 3 times (totally my fault...) but they went about and beyond and make sure I as taken care of.
One child had to walk up and down a hill with stairs and mixed trail to get to school, the shoes are comfortable and his feet are kept dry and warm.
The other child has a skin condition which makes him only be able to sweat through his feet and head. I am used to dispose of his stinky shoes and socks (think toxic smell) but these are so breathable that I literally was doing a little dance after he had wore it for a week straight with NO FUNKY smell lingering!
I am very glad we had this amazing locally own business in Vancouver and I wish a bright future with venture.

“I have only worn them a few times so far. I bought a size 9 and they're a bit big, which was surprising, but they are still wearable. I will probably buy some insoles to put inside them. The shoes are quite comfortable, look good, and stayed dry in the few puddles I went through. I'm looking forward to wearing them over the winter.”

If you weren't aware, all of our shoes do come with a 90-day free return/exchange policy as long as they haven't been worn outdoors. If your shoes are still in brand new condition, feel free to set up an exchange for a smaller size or a return for a full refund.
“I both like and dislike these shoes.
I'll start with the positive. They are waterproof. I love that- so cool! And they look cute not on. However...
They are not at all what I expected. In the pictures on the website they appear to be higher on the ankle, but these are super low, and also the opening is HUGE. When I tighten the laces enough to make them snug it scrunches the shoe uncomfortably on top of my foot. And because the opening is so large it rubs on my sock and makes my sock get pushed down as I walk and it ends up under my foot- and this is not because of my sock because it doesn't happen with my other shoes.
I'm so disappointed. I wanted to love these, but I kind of hate them. I wanted the higher ankle. In the pictures the ankle appeared to fit snugly on all the models. Were the pictures photo shopped? I would like to return these if possible. So disappointed. You finally came out with a style that I found attractive and they are not functional.”
