We're so sorry to hear you are having a tough time keeping clean, but we;d be happy to share some cleaning tips! We find that the key is to clean our shoes sooner rather than later. The quicker you can rinse off dirt, the easier it will be to keep them nice and clean. We recommend using a sponge or light coloured cloth made with natural fibers, baking soda, and vinegar for the best results.

“I really wanted to like my Vessis since my friends raved about it, but I’ve been disappointed. While I loved the white pair, the reality is it’s going to be a gray and potentially even a dark gray pair. It doesn’t matter that you can throw the shoe into the washing machine, because the stains aren’t going to come out. Shortly after I got the shoe I already notice the staining when someone stepped on me and I tried to get ride of the scuff. It was not coming off. I’ve even used a toothbrush to scrub the material, the stains just do not move and I’m just referring to every day wear. The shoe also makes squishy sounds when I’m walking indoors. The comfort level is okay, nothing to write home about. I give it two stars because it has held up on the waterproof front. All in all, had I known I was buying a white sneaker that was going to gray so quickly (relative to all of the other white sneakers I’ve owned before), I would’ve got a darker color or another shoe you can actually clean.”
