“The back of the shoe by the heel rubs on my ankle and is uncomfortable. The shoe is bulkier than I thought it would be. Otherwise, it’s comfortable to step in.”
Hi Kiley,
Thanks so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us, we really appreciate you taking the time to do that!
We're sorry to hear you have been experiencing blisters from your shoes. Our ankle opening is a little firm to start, therefore you could experience some blisters before it stretches out to perfectly accommodate your feet.
We would definitely recommend giving your feet time to heal and then once those blisters have completely healed you can give your shoes a try again. Here are a few tips that can help once you start wearing your shoes again.
Wearing thicker socks that provide extra cushioning on that area will give the shoes time to adjust to your foot. Adding something to cover up that area where you've been experiencing blisters will allow the shoes to adjust to your foot so they can fit you perfectly! Finally, another thing you can try doing to alleviate the blisters is to insert a pair of heel liners into your Vessis for more cushioning. Heel stickers from Dr. Scholls can work really well too :)
That said, we’ll certainly share your thoughts with the rest of the team as we feel it is important to take into consideration all of the feedback we receive.
“Easy on and off, comfortable for around city. I got white which looked great for about two days lol. I find they get dirty really easy and so Im not happy with the look after a few wears. Wish I had gotten grey in hindsight as I like the fit style and look.”
“lightweight and comfortable for walking about. Will be taking on my holidays to pair with pants and dresses for days full of walking and know I my feet will be dry if we get unexpected rain :)”
