“I really like my Weekend Vessi shoes! I originally ordered a size up (9) as I am normally an 8.5 with a wide foot and the reviews & site said to order a size up for both of those reasons. My first pair (9) arrived a little over a month after original order due to selling out inventory again. I reached out to customer service when they updated me on the status of my order and customer support got back to be fast via email with a few different options and a nice % off offer for the inconvenience for the extended wait. It was a nice gesture, which I appreciated, but I decided to keep my order with the updated shipping date.
When they arrived, my first ordered pair were way too big, even after tightening as much as I could.
The return process was very fast and easy. The new pair (size 8) arrived within 2 weeks and they fit perfect!
They are comfortable but they were squeaking for a little bit with my first couple wears. I really enjoy my Vessi shoes!”
