“Five days, non-stop walking on the hilly and uneven streets of Lisbon, Portugal, these Vessi's made it a BREEZE. And I have problem feet, always have. No break in time, no rubbing against the wide front of my foot, no sores on the back of my ankle which usually seems to get red and raw no matter what shoes I wear. Not with these. The white pair are beautiful but I've also never gotten a pair of shoes dirtier quicker. And while they handle the washing machine without a problem, they don't get that clean. I've done some research into washing with a little elbow grease and I think that's actually the move. HOWEVER, I'll take it. They're too good, I'm getting another pair.”

“I love the fit of the shoe. I was able to put in my custom insoles without alteration. The shoes are generally very comfortable and it is great quality material. I got white shoes, so cleaning them once dirty is a bit intensive. Putting them in the wash didn't help, but hand scrubbing got mostly everything out.”

We're sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of comfort you're looking for. I'm very sorry to hear that and understand how disappointing that must be.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
That said, we’ll certainly share your thoughts with the rest of the team as we feel it is important to take into consideration all of the feedback we receive from our customers.
