To be able to slip a show on and off so easily, but still have a secure fit is amazing. Of course it has rained the first day, but the good news is my feet are dry, the other crew’s feet are all wet. “I started with the Everyday Classic (older version) and really loved how the shoe was actually waterproof and not just water resistant. I did find that style a bit tight but manageable. And so I wanted to try a more casual style for my next pair.
Right out the box, I found the shoe not to be as tight as the Everyday Classic (older version) which I got in the same size. I did have to put in another sole for the Everyday Classic but I did not have to do this with the Weekend (at least not yet). This style is breathable and flexible which is greatly appreciated. Only thing that I had to break in was the back of the shoe. It is a bit stiff at the back on the upper heel but after wearing it for a few days, that part of the shoe was able to soften.
