“I want to love these shoes so much but the white colour gets dirty after one wear. Never mind wearing it out when it’s actually raining outside. I own other white shoes and they don’t get dirty nearly as quickly. I end up having to scrub my Vessi shoes so so often. They are just not practical unfortunately”

We're so sorry to hear you are having a tough time getting your shoes clean, but we'd be happy to share some cleaning tips! We find that the key is to clean our shoes sooner rather than later. The quicker you can rinse off dirt, the easier it will be to keep them nice and clean. We recommend using a sponge or light coloured cloth made with natural fibers, baking soda, and vinegar for the best results.

“I really wanted to give these shoes a five star rating and I was very close to doing so because the shoes are really comfortable really trendy, really easy to pair with clothing and they truly are waterproof, which is so useful for me living in rainy Vancouver. However, the only reason I’m not giving a five star rating is because it is nearly impossible to clean these shoes. The shoe care instructions say that you can wash these shoes in the washer. I have done that several times and it does not actually remove stains on the shoes. The small little dirt and mud stains on the upper knit part cannot be cleaned even when using stain remover, magic eraser or other cleaning products. I have scrubbed and scrubbed, using every sort of tool and product possible and not only are my shoes still stained but the stains barely even lessened, therefore I am extremely disappointed with how quick a white pair of Vessis will get ruined and next time I get a pair of shoes from Vessi I will make sure to get black ones so that the stains won’t be so obvious. To summarize, these shoes are awesome, but are impossible to clean unfortunately :(”
