“Shoes are super comfy, really like the arch support. I kind of wish there were half sizes. I am normally a 6 and got a 6, but they are pretty loose. Not sure I will get the “formed to your feet” feel. I could try a 5 but fear that would be tooooo small.”
“Comfortable out of the box, as usual. This style is a tad bit wider than some of the other styles I’ve tried. I always love the water protection for walking the pup and running errands etc”

As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. I'm so sorry to hear that you found this didn't work well for you and understand how disappointing this must be! This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
