“The shoes are definitely waterproof, however they do not come clean like the ads describe. After one time of wearing these outside on a wet day my shoes are dirty and they did not come clean in the sink, or in the washing machine and I even tried baking soda. I am disappointed because I was so excited about having a pair or white, waterproof shoes that are easy to clean, but this was not the case.”

We're sorry to hear your Vessis aren't coming as clean as you'd hoped. We're happy to share some cleaning tips that may help.
We find that the key is to clean our shoes sooner rather than later. The quicker you can rinse off dirt, the easier it will be to keep them nice and clean. We recommend using a sponge or light coloured cloth made with natural fibers, baking soda, and vinegar for the best results. I have included some step by step instructions for the cleaning of your Vessis.
Care Instructions
What You’ll Need:
A light coloured cloth made with natural fibers or sponge
Baking Soda
White Vinegar
Optional: a spray bottle
Washing Instructions:
Gently brush off any dust or dirt sitting on the surface
Put a small amount of baking soda directly on the affected area, and spritz it with the white vinegar
Using the light coloured cloth or sponge, gently wipe in circular motions toward the outsole. This gets into the small grooves of the knit material.
Rinse the affected area with cold water.
Repeat as needed
Drying Instructions:
Air dry your shoes at room temperature. Do not put them near a heat source like a radiator.
