We’re so sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of support you're looking for, we can imagine how disappointing that must be.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
That said, we’ll certainly share your thoughts with the rest of the team as we feel it is important to take into consideration all of the feedback we receive from our customers.

“I really wish these came in half sizes. I sized up because I’m planning on taking them traveling and am also pregnant (extra foot swelling with lots of walking). They seem comfortable, but with the return policy, I don’t really feel like I can walk around in these to test them out. I’m thinking of exchanging for a size down, but I’m concerned that will be too snug.”
