“I’m really glad I purchased these shoes. They are extremely lightweight, almost like you’re not wearing anything. I haven’t tested out the water resistance yet. My only wish is that they came in half sizes because my heels slip a little bit.”

We're so sorry to hear you are having a tough time getting your shoes clean, but we'd be happy to share some cleaning tips! We find that the key is to clean our shoes sooner rather than later. The quicker you can rinse off dirt, the easier it will be to keep them nice and clean. We recommend using a sponge or light coloured cloth made with natural fibers, baking soda, and vinegar for the best results.
That said, I'll be sure to pass your feedback along to our Product team, as we are always looking to improve. We'll use your insight towards our research and development for our future design improvements.

“They are really wide. I walked outdoors with them unfortunately, not realizing they were such a loose fit until I started my walk which encompasses down and up hills. Otherwise I would have returned them. I wear a regular wideth runner normally and these fit like a wide fit. I did size down from my regular size.”
