“I LOVE these shoes. These are my third pair of Vessis and they are my absolute favourite! I took them away on vacation with me and they travelled so well from right out of the box. The fit was perfect and they easily took me from walking what seemed like miles to my gate in the airport to the beach to the rainforest! When I got home they were dirty so in the washer they went and they came out perfect! Like I said I LOVE these shoes!!!”
“It runs big so I will have to return it. Also there isn't enough support for the foot. It was comfortable in my living room but I was concerned it would not be comfortable after some time.”

We’re so sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of support you're looking for, we can imagine how disappointing that must be.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
That said, we’ll certainly share your thoughts with the rest of the team as we feel it is important to take into consideration all of the feedback we receive from our customers.

“I really enjoy the aesthetic and the insole. the mouth of the shoe is a bit too wide. i ordered the size 10 because i own another pair of vessis that fit perfectly and are a size 10, and the mouth is the only difference i can see.”
