“First of all, I love the design of the shoes. They are easy to put on and pull off, and stay on my feet when I run. There is even enough room for me to add an arch support insert and stay comfortable.
Secondly, amazing customer service and shipping time. I ordered a US Women's 8, because I thought that that would fit my foot better, but unfortunately it was a size too big. I submitted the return form online and delivered my shoes to a USPS shipping facility and I got my new size 7s like a week later! It was so speedy and efficient (I am a US Women's 7.5 usually, and the 7s fit perfectly).
I love these shoes, I wear them almost everywhere and they keep my feet dry when walking in the rain or stepping in puddles.”

“These definitely run large. I'm usually a 7.5, got the 7 and it is still comfortably loose. These shoes are super comfy, lots of support, soft. The shape is rounder than I was led to believe by the photos and I haven't had a good rain to try out the waterproofing yet. They also tend to rub against my heel if I don't wear high enough socks. But generally happy with them!”
