“Loved these shoes! They're super comfy and fit my inserts perfectly. The first pair I ordered were stolen off my porch, and the customer service team sent me a replacement pair for free. They were incredibly helpful and super quick to reply. 10/10 would recommend!”
“The shoe is comfortable however I feel it’s a little wider than what I am used to wearing. I will be taking them to Alaska during the rainy season so we will see how they hold up!”
“When I saw these I thought they’d be great neutral sneakers. They are, but they’re also the most comfortable sneakers I’ve ever worn! AND they’re waterproof?! (I walked my dog this morning and didn’t realize there was any dew on the grass until I looked down.) I’ll definitely buy another pair in the future. :)”
“Ankle was quite tight despite the website suggestion to go with my true size, because the fit runs large. It has since opened up but for those with wider feet, the shoe may not be super comfortable. I don’t think sizing up would solve the tightness around the ankle and foot.”
Hi Adrienne,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. I'm glad your Vessis are keeping you dry and comfortable!
We’re sorry to hear your Vessis are too narrow. The material works similar to how socks fit, in the sense that it adapts to your foot shape. The more you wear them, the more it gives and stretches to mold to you. Therefore, it’s actually quite normal for your Vessis to be a little snug to start. Some customers use a shoehorn in the meantime, which should help. You can also speed up the stretching process by leaving a few pairs of thick socks balled up inside the shoes overnight.
We're working towards expanding our sizing offerings in the future, and we'll certainly take note of your interest in wide and half sizes. Our product team is always interested in knowing what's in demand!
Thank you again for sharing your thoughts on your Vessis with us.
