“Exchange for a smaller size shoe even though I use the size I am currently wearing to order. The Vessi size is one size smaller than my current US size. But the exchange is no fuss and convenient.
For future shoes, I would like to suggest having boots, something that is higher so as to cover more of the feet from splash or deeper snow. I was a bit disappointed not having to find one in your catalog. I will definitely buy one.”
“I love the Vessi's that I purchased. Very cool & stylish looking but the Exceptional Customer Service Skills from Carly was the best!!! I ordered sneaker back in October and the tracking order link wasn't working. I emailed Customer Service and Carly help me out. She located my sneakers in route and found out that my sneakers were in fact lost. She followed up with me and helped me fix the issue. There needs to be more "Carly's" out there. Don't let her go!!!!!!!”
“Great look and feel. Only complaint is the tongue and boot fit type means that tightening laces causes a crease that presses into your foot. Not bad but worth noting”
“These are waterproof shoes that also look stylish. The arch support is not sufficient for my feet, and I wanted additional cushioning for walking. When I removed the original insoles and put in a cushioned high arch insole, I get support and cushion so that I can walk on tours. Online the advice says to size down, but if you are wearing different insoles, I recommend ordering your normal size.”
