“I really love the look of the shoes, and for the most part they feel decent. However, they are not the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn, far from it. They do get the job done of being completely waterproof, which is great if you live somewhere with a lot of rain like I do. The only thing holding me back from giving the shoes a 5-star rating is that there is not a lot of support or general comfort in them. After a few hours in them, I notice my feet start to feel a bit sore. However, as I said, they do accomplish their main purpose of being waterproof.”
“I got the shoes 2 days before going to Washington D.C. I walked from 11 am till 6 PM and walked over 15,000 feet and 6 miles and my feet feel great. My legs aren’t even sore. It rained during the trip and my feel stayed dry as anything. Highly recommend these shoes, not only for comfort, but for keeping your feet dry.”
“I love the shoes, they are truly waterproof and very comfortable. I received poor customer service however when dealing with a separate order (The Everyday Move.) When I reached out regarding the sizing of the shoes and the fit, I was advised to continue wearing the shoes to "break them in" even though the shoes were causing blisters. I was then told to use bandaids to help with the blisters. I felt there was no care in my dilemma and the person assisting me made no attempt to help make it right or find a true solution.”
