“Super waterproof, lightweight, bouncy but i feel like i have zero arch support and am walking on the insides of my ankles…not sure if i just have to wear them in more to mold to my feet and that will fix the problem? Been wearing them one week now.”

We’re so sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of support you're looking for, we can imagine how disappointing that must be.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
That said, we’ll certainly share your thoughts with the rest of the team as we feel it is important to take into consideration all of the feedback we receive from our customers.

Probably should've broke them in a bit before walking 17 miles around Manhattan bc the back of the left shoe dug into my ankle so much it started to bleed. In true NYC surprise, a complete stranger saw me favoring the wound and offered me two bandages and sweetly commented she's been there many times. The shoes proved their waterproof-ness as I meandered through a rainstorm with completely dry-as-a-bone socks! Since the city trip, I've also walked them over some damp forest pathways pretty impressed at how clean and dry they've remained. Now for the true test, Upstate NY winters! :)”
