I wish to provide some constructive feedback for future design: one is to enhance the grip to the floor as right now the grip line are quite shallow and can be worn out easily within a short period of time. This will be parents reason to move away to choose other brands as the shoes become too slippery for the young ones to run around with. Second is to the bottom as well - it seems to be on the thinner side. Both my niece and my kid with the same model of shoes worn out with hole at the heel area at the same spot within a couple of months for both feet, and water start coming in from that hole when the top of the shoes are perfectly fine. I think it may be a design issue if the broken area for different kids popped up at the same spot. I wish the bottom is made more durable and the shoes can last at least for a year or more not after a couple of months.
I think if they both can be addressed in future designs, the shoes will become top choice kids everyday wear worldwide easily as it’s just what every parents dream pairs for their little ones. Thanks for consideration.”
