We apologize for any inconvenience you've faced regarding the break-in process of your new Vessis. The material is designed to conform to your foot's shape, similar to how socks fit. Over time, as you wear them, they should gradually adapt and stretch to better fit your foot. It's quite common for Vessis to feel snug initially.
To help during this period, some customers find using a shoehorn to put on the shoes helpful. Additionally, you can accelerate the stretching process by placing a few pairs of thick socks inside the shoes overnight, which should aid in expanding their shape.
