We're so sorry to hear you are having a tough time getting your shoes clean, but we'd be happy to share some cleaning tips! We find that the key is to clean our shoes sooner rather than later. The quicker you can rinse off dirt, the easier it will be to keep them nice and clean. We recommend using a sponge or light coloured cloth made with natural fibers, baking soda, and vinegar for the best results.
That said, I'll be sure to pass your feedback along to our Product team, as we are always looking to improve. We'll use your insight towards our research and development for our future design improvements.

We’re sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of comfort you're looking for, we can imagine how disappointing that must be.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.

“I thought it would be too tight since I wear 9.5 normally, but thin socks do the trick. I find my feet sweat in them barefoot, so that's my preference. They did well in fencing class so far, with a flat light shoe being ideal for this sport. I appreciate that they handle my high arches.”
