“I think that this product could be a bit strong for those who need to have at least 8 hours of sleep. I usually run on 5-6 hours of sleep. With these capsules, I can do 8-9 which is optimal but then I don't have much time in the morning. So I guess I might continue taking them during the weekend when I have more time to sleep. Overall great and they do work.”

“Unfortunately I'm going to have to give VidaCap a 1 star, less if I can. I received the product with the damaged freshness seal, with clear instructions to not consume if seal is damaged. I wrote to VidaCap for a replacement and never received their reply or the replacement. So yes, does this even deserve a 1 star? You tell me.”
