I don’t own any crystals, nor do I see a shaman, but the ritual of applying it - counting out the drops of serum into my palm; warming them gently with both hands; massaging them into my face; cupping my hands over my nose and breathing deeply with my eyes closed - is truly an act of meditative, grounding self-care.
