“Absolute godsend for blocked milk ducts! Breastfeeding has been a nightmare, one problem after the next. My breasts become easily engorged and lumpy which can quickly lead to painful blocked ducts and at worse a case of mastitis. Tried everything, hot compresses, warm showers, massages, cold compresses in between feeds but the problem always returned and that was always a lot of work! Since taking the tablets I have a lot less lumps and when I do get some they disappear a lot more easily! Makes breastfeeding more easy for baby as well as the milk flows and she doesn't have to work so hard. I was sick a couple of days and didn't take any for 3 days, then came down with apainful blocked duct on the 3rd day. I need to take 2 a day to keep lumps at bay, one didn't do much and when if I have a problem I take 3 or 4. The pills are large but I don't have a problem swallowing them and they are flavourless. I used to take lecithin granules but found the taste disgusting and also less effective than these pills. Highly recommended.”
