“I still had a small deficiency in vitamin D on my last blood test 6 months ago. Nothing alarming. I've been taking these pills since February 2020. Maybe it's because I get very little sunlight. But it's worth noting that I don't have a healthy excess of vitamin d3 when following the instructions. Especially since people that buy supplements usually have a reason for it, like me who stays inside a lot. Even more because you get way more pills than you can possibly take before the expiration date. I only took less than 36 pills in two years, and you get 120. So maybe you should take them more often. The expiration date is December 2021, so a little under 2 years. However vitamins don't "spoil" or become "toxic", it's just that the potency weakens as the vitamin D breaks down gradually over time. However it should still be 90% vitamin D content after two years according to my sources, but feel free to google it yourself. I'm just going to take them for another year and only then buy new ones to save some money. Maybe I'll just take them every 14 days instead of 21. As long as you follow the maximum upper limit of 4000 IU/day it should be fine, and this is well under.”
